The project is located in East-Central Ontario, Canada. MISCO Inspection & Consulting provided the contract administration, specifications, recommendations (low bid), NACE Inspection and Warranty Review.
MISCO Inspection & Consulting provided; Project Management, Specifications, Third Party NACE Inspection, and warranty inspection for the duration of the project.
The project consisted of 750,000 I.G. Weld Steel Multi-Legged Potable Water Storage Tower. The specifications called for full removal of the existing coating, lead abatement, surface preparation (SSPC-SP10 – Near White Blast) quality, Ameron (Inorganic Zinc, Epoxy, Urethane) coating system be applied to all exterior structural steel surfaces.
Specification called for full OH&S Safety Upgrades, Signage and illumination. The project was completed on time and on budget.
Elevated Potable Water Tower – Niagara Falls, ON
MISCO completed the follow for the Niagara Fall Portable Water Tower:

Elevated Potable Water Tower – Chesterville, ON
The project is located in Eastern Ontario, Canada. MISCO provided the contract administration, specifications, recommendations (low bid), NACE Inspection and Warranty Review.
MISCO Inspection & Consulting provide Third Party NACE Inspection services for the duration of the project. The project consisted of 125,000 I.G. Weld Steel Multi-Legged Potable Water Storage Tower.
The specifications called for overcoating the existing coating, surface preparation (SSPC-SP11) quality, ICI/Devoe (Penetrating Sealer, Epoxy, Urethane) coating system be applied to all exterior structural steel surfaces. Specification called for full OH&S Safety Upgrades, Signage and illumination.
OCWA Agency and Township of North Dundas requested proposals, condition assessment, specifications, tendering, project management, inspection and warranty inspection of the project.
The contractor JDCMI – Cambridge provided full overcoating and engineered safety upgrades and excellent quality of work on the project. The project was completed on time and on budget.
