Detailed reports are provided after the inspection with an overview of the current conditions, quality, technical results with photos and videos, and observations with  recommendations for compliance.

  • AWWA/NACE Condition Assessment – Report
  • Video – (2) USB
  • Photographic Summary – numbered and referencing report throughout
  • Exterior Coatings and Internal Lining Report – Recommendations
  • Safety Equipment and recommend upgrades – Recommendations
  • Budget Numbers for all recommended upgrades and repairs

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Our firm has Six (6) NACE Certified Coating Inspectors, Two (2) Journeymen Painters, Five (5) Experience Painters and Two (2) Project Managers to meet schedules for the owner.

Our foreman have NACE Certifications, MOL Climbing at Heights, MOL Swingstage, Rigging Certification, Confined Space, WHMIS, and CPR First Aid.

MISCO Inspection Services carries:

  • 2.0 Mil PLI – Professional Liability Insurance
  • 5.0 Mil GLI – General Liability Insurance
  • 2.0 Mil CVI – Commercial Vehicle Insurance

For internal wet and dry inspections, we require the Cathodic Protection turned off (if applicable), isolate potable water structure, supply key for upper lock, provide access to climbing ladder and a contact person to open facilities.
